Treaty
obligations
contained
in
Articles
3.2, 5 and
24.2 of
the

Understanding
on Rules
and
Procedures
Governing
the
Settlement
Disputes (DSU)
and of the
provisions
of the
Vienna
Convention
of the Law
of
Treaties
|
|
entered
into an
agreement
with Korea
to
amicably
settle the
dispute.
As agreed,
the Korean
Government
withdrew
its
complaint
from the
DSB. The
Philippines,
|
|
in
turn,
through a
Department
Order
issued by
the DTI on
October
29, 2001
(published
on
November
8, 2001)
lifted the
imposition
of
anti-dumping
duty on
subject
article.
