ORDER

Pursuant to Section 4, paragraph 5 of the Revised Internal Rules and Regulations of the Tariff Commission, the Tariff Commission is issuing this Order enumerating the matters taken up and agreed upon by the parties present during the Preliminary Conference held last 02 August 2001:

SCHEDULE

ALTERNATE COUNSEL

Interested parties are required to appoint an alternate counsel aside from their Counsel of Record to minimize delays.

INITIAL MEMORANDUM

Within fifteen (15) days after the Preliminary Conference, the parties are enjoined to submit to the Commission their respective initial memoranda/position papers, affidavits of witnesses, all documentary evidence and records/information in support thereof and serve copies to the opposing parties.

LIST OF ISSUES

Finally, the parties are required to submit to the Commission five (5) days before the Consultation, a list of issues they wanted explored in the Public Consultation other than the issues on product comparability and price difference.

So ordered.
