Publications can be purchased at the lobby of the Tariff Commission (8:00 A.M. to 4:15 P.M.) located at the 5th Floor, Philippine Heart Center, Medical Arts Building, East Avenue, Diliman,  Quezon City. Before coming to the office, please confirm with the Officer-of-the-Day regarding availability of publications at telephone no.  (632) 925-24-01 local 3511.

Orders for any of the above publications can be done through fax [(02)921-7960] or e-mail   (tarcm@mydestiny.net) stating the publication you intend to purchase, the quantity, and the complete address where it will be delivered.

Upon receipt of the said order, TARCEA (official marketing arm of TC's publications) will make a quotation of the total cost to be paid (publication and freight/registered air mail charges).

Payment for the books may be deposited with any Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) branch in your vicinity under Savings Account No. 5-08917-450-6.  You have to fax [(02)921-79-60] us your deposit slip to confirm your order.
