NOTICE OF EXPIRATION OF EFFECTIVITY OF DUMPING DECISION

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 301 (par. O) of the Tariff and Customs Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 8752, the following dumping decisions issued by the Secretary of Finance are due to expire, on the following dates, viz:

            List of Products Subject to Dumping Duty

Pursuant to the above-cited law, interested party or party in whose favor the decision has been issued may file a petition with the Secretary DTI/BIS or the Tariff Commission for extension of the effectivity of dumping decision before the expiration of said decision if there is valid indication that the termination of the anti-dumping duties will likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury to the industry concerned.
