NOTICE OF CONCLUSION OF FORMAL
INVESTIGATION
Notice is hereby
given that the Tariff Commission concluded its investigation on the
anti-dumping protest filed by National Steel Corporation (NSC) against
Taiwan on 06 April 2001.
The elements
constituting dumping not having been established, the Commission ruled that
the anti-dumping case against Taiwan be dismissed for lack of merit.
