         Pursuant to Section 54, Chapter 12, Book IV of E.O. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987), the schedule of adjusted fees and charges for services rendered by this Commission in the implementation of the pertinent Sections of the Tariff and Customs Code is as follows:

       This supplements Administrative Order No. 05-006 on the Revised Schedule of Fees and Charges issued on 19 April 2000, as amended.  This Order takes effect in accordance with DOF-DBM Joint Circular No. 2000-2 dated 04 April 2000.
